We never get that particular in our river curling tournaments. Only automatic disqualification is for a team member not to have a drink on the go while in an active match lol.

I heard some pro curlers talk about this cheating thing and said what happened never had any effect on the outcome of either time. It is a non issue never changed the outcome or the rock on those throws.

The only is it is against the rules and the rules were broken and there should have been consequences. I see it at nothing and I wouldn't call it cheating. Forget about it!!

Yeah, that’s the way I understand it as well snowy. If it looked like it effected something the other team would have just told them to pull the rock. The media started the whole “cheating” bs after the blow up just to get more miles out of it. Imo

For all you that don’t like to watch curling I recommend you try watching a few games. Lots of strategy and talent involved.

Thanks Shakey! We don’t get good ice on the river every year, good curling ice is even more rare. When we do get it, it doesn’t last that long so we try and hit it hard day and night! lol

My son plays league hockey and knows the game and said that was a non issue and never made one difference on the out come of the game either.

USA women going into extra end with Swiss. 6-6. US needs win to stay in, or they need Great Britain to lose.

I hope they can come away with some precious metal.
