I don't understand why Downey won't just ask the buyers what the rats are worth. He can only say no. I have rats there going on 5 years,3X/2X good quality. The slights sold first thing. I spoke with the person who purchased them, he said they buy a good 3X rat for $2.50 and ship to Vietnam ,repair for 0.25 verses paying $6 for a good 3X.
