I didn't want to derail/hijack the other thread on motorcycles , but as a group , bikers helping bikers.

A couple tips I got -

When parking in a spot in a parking lot , do not park your bike deep in the space. Park it in the middle to outside edge instead. The reason being that with knuckleheads behind the wheel that will just whip into a parking space and may not see your bike until it is too late. Then you most likely have a hit&run too. Parking near the entrance to your parking space makes you much more visible.

Bikers here wave alot to each other on the road when passing. Kinda acknowledging a brotherhood. Good stuff.

An obscure but known biker way of communicating. If you see an oncoming biker pat their head/helmet on the top , they are warning you of a cop ahead . This is why they are patting/tapping their head. Good way of communicating if you understand it.

What tips do you have for our fellow Tman crowd ? Please share.

Do not ride side by side. Leave yourself a way out.
