Are they trying to start a civil war? Other state's are also imposing law contrary to supreme court decisions. Is their goal headlines? Pretty strange behavior IMO.

The sheriff is the highest law enforcement officer in the county, and has sworn an oath of office to follow the constitution of the United States, I not to worried, if push comes to shove, he’ll deputize everyone…truth is as vice mayor of my city, I too have sworn that oath.

There are other bills pending,one of them is about the guns that sportsmen use in all forms of hunting and not to mention that they all say that any and all shall be surrendered to law enforcement for destruction. The DFL will not let their ideas of total gun bans fall by the way side. They still fail to look at the real problems that are causing people go of the deep end and take it out on the masses. They just think a ban will solve this it has been seen in the past if some one want to kill people they can use a knife or what would they think if a kid said screw it and drove through a crowd at some school, do they think of that. its not just 2 bills.

SCOTUS just ruled it’s unconstitutional to limit one right to “allow” another one. Stopping a vehicle with a legally armed person is NOT the green light to do a search the vote was 9-0 so MN is set up to fail. Having a firearm does not make you a criminal so there’s no probable cause how would a warrantless search make anything safer then clearly overreach.

Again, submission of such nonsense should warrant death in the event it is overturned……televised on every channel…….at a time suitable for viewing by all 50 states.

I read a couple of those bills and they also state as they are written they will and or would include double stack hand guns if it holds more than 10 rounds.

These reindeer games have been tried before but they keep doing it over and over no consequences for doing it and it’s not their money to fight it in court they are screwing their citizens at every turn but they get voted back in time and time again. Illinois keep pushing similar crap and gets shot down but they just never stop introducing the same garbage and nothing happens.

I've been anticipating more gun control attempts in MN, stocking accordingly.
