Is there any printer companies that have American customer service. I am tired of not being able to understand the ones that Epson has. Love their large format printer BUT! Maybe a true foreign made would employ Americans for customer service....LOL

Years ago I was trying to track a payment through Pay Pal. I was speaking to a person with an accent but was understandable and he was typing on his computer and all of a sudden a roster started crowing right near him. I got this vision in my minds eye of a guy in a grass hut somewhere like the Philippines and next to his chicken coop...LOL

LOL Oh Snap.... we were recently without power/internet for nearly a month, and with no internet wifi, my cell phone will only work if I am outside. I had to call numerous people over this time frame.....from the electric company, internet company, my brokerage firm, etc... and it seemed like every time I was on a call like that one of my roosters would sneak up right behind me and crow. Imagine the people I was talking to thought the same as you LOL. Wondering what kinda redneck hillbilly they were talking to LOL.

I have done as Ken suggested in the past, and it did work, but boy do those..... middle easterners...... get mad about it, LOL.

What's going on with your printer?

The problem is scanning. I am on my second Epson in 6 or 7 years. All of a sudden last week attempting to scan the way I was used to would not work. I would go to settings scroll down to scanner, printer then pick the printer since we have several and click on scan and then scan. Called Epson and I could hardly understand the customer service person and they tried to teach an OLD DOG a new trick...Its a totally different forma and when I scanned a receipt I wanted to email to a customer it was a scrambled mess of letters.

Just finished up on my 3rd. call to Epson asked for someone that can speak clear English and Chuck said that he spoke perfect English. Yah Right. Anyway here we go again with the occasional word I just don't understand. Got it done but not the same format atghat I have used for years. But I got it done.
