Getting it there is the key make sure you overpack the stuff with lots of dirt or oil dry and newspaper incase of breakage ship it ground to be safe it’s nasty stuff in enclosed places.

I will bathe them in peroxide solution, dip the caps in tool handle goop, and wrap them generously with bubble wrap.

I would suggest wrap them in a plastic bag and put it in a small container of floor dry. Or deliver it in person at a convention.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

I don’t ship anything over 4 ounces unless it’s absolutely necessary then it’s all 4oz bottles, breaking a 4oz bottle would be bad in transit busting a huge bottle could be catastrophic Id stick with ground shipping for that to be safe. A 4oz bottle in a peanut butter jar full of oil dry and paper is somewhat containable a 16oz bottle not so much it’s just to volatile.

Old paint cans seal up well and are secure Ace sells new quart and gallon size cans that work well.

Like Law Dog I use mostly 4 oz bottles.

They fit well in coffee cans, ice cream buckets, etc.

I pack in coal shale so no bottles are touching each other. Really settle your packing material in there. Make sure to pour some on the bottom before you start putting bottles in.

Copious amounts of tape on the bucket lid!

And here’s the key.

DONT do it in the lure shed!

If I do my packaging outside, I’ll never get a phone call.

If I do it inside, the box will absorb enough smell (my whole lure shed has a hint of skunk most of the time) where I will receive a call from a post office. Every time.

Nothing keeps the odor in like a vacuum sealed bag. Its wife tested and my ladies at post office much appreciated it when I bought a vacuum sealer.
