What brand/model radio do you folks have in the fur shed? I get very little reception and have put up an antenna but haven’t bought a radio to connect yet. Anybody have a radio that connects to an FM antenna that has good reception to recommend?

I have an old AM. radio. It's plays a few crackly channels and makes good background noise lol.
Used to keep my boat at an old guys boat stalls on Lake Erie. He played the polish channel music 24/7/365
on a cheap little one speaker AM radio for years.

Finding a good radio is hard these days, we looked for awhile before getting a Sony something or other for our hunt camp. In the fur shed I'm like everyone else these days running my phone on a speaker.

I just threw out my old AM/FM radio.

It finally bit the bullet, the stations that can get here suck anyway.

New country. sick

I usually listen to Pandora on my phone. Wife got me a cool Bluetooth speaker for it this Christmas. It’s amazing the sound you can get out something the size of a tall boy.

No radio for me. After a career of corrections with non stop inmate noise, TVs, two way radio traffic and coming home to the TV being on every waking hour (she has to have some noise all the time while she’s awake), the fur shed/workshop is my respite from it all. I don’t play the radio in the truck and rarely listen to music. I like quiet.

I’ve got one of my wife’s “hand-me-down” Bose in my fur shed, FM tuned to country.

I have an old AM/FM in the Fur Shed, mostly play it in the morning when we are skinning/boarding. We get an old station from a nearby town, you never know what you're going to get, German folk music, Jack's Backyard, a hunting program. Like Turtledale said, good background noise.

My Wood Shop and the new Fur Shed have Bluetooth speakers. I play podcasts of my favorite stuff off my phone.

Eh...wot?
