I haven't weighed in for exactly this reason. Sad state of affairs where a deranged few know that they can control civil conversation by being uncivil.

Kind of like how we are denied 2A freedom by the acts of a criminal few.

While we all should be loathe to silence those those who disagree these miscreants are not simply practicing free speech but instead are carrying out intentional acts to silence the rest of us. They knowingly and intentionally lie repeating outrageous falsehood to enrage the discussion.

There's nothing wrong with having a reasonable divergent opinion. Beaverpeeler, Carl, is a good example. He's a liberal and a very decent person. He's very kind. We have talked on the phone for hours and though we don't agree on everything politically, I like and have a lot of respect for him.

Those 5 are just trouble makers of no value to this forum and likely nowhere else either.

Good to hear Paul. That’s the thread that morphed into an Iran thread IIRC. I was hoping it wasn’t me that got it binned with the screen shots of the memes I’m seeing on FB, like the slap fight one. Barber-Anne song GIF……but they were pretty funny.
I know one mod that does stuff without explanation, but they probably don’t know how to PM or email to let the member & Paul know what they did. Paul and this Mod know how I feel about his actions, he acts without telling anyone if something goes against his thinking. That’s why I came close to a permanent vacation a few weeks ago.
