I've only ever seen concept art for portable units. They do have a lot of options that would take say a 50cal or similar and so could fit on a Humvee but don't think any of those are actually being deployed at the moment.

The full story on the drones is they used tech off one of our recon drones that fell into their hands back in the Nobama administration to build their Shaheed drones. They sold some of those to Russia to use against Ukraine. Ukraine got ahold of a few and sent us some to study on.
So we in turn built our own improved variant.

I would think that for the ranges most maneuver units/convoy/etc would need for close in suppression could be covered by smaller 30 caliber minigun based units. Those could be small enough for truck or track mount assuming the electronics could be scaled down as well.

Do the larger caliber ones have airburst capabilities? Seems like that might be useful against drone swarms to be able to lay down a curtain of flak.

The fact that one made it through does not mean our troops don't have the means to shoot them down. I seriously doubt Iran can produce more than what they already have on hand. I am confident also satellites have found most of them so that they can be destroyed on the ground.

Lots of speculation that the final plan once Iran is done and defanged is to hand regional defense over to cooperating partners that have found themselves united under fire. That could allow the US to withdraw from the region altogether.
