I’m going to make a batch next weekend. I stopped by my local Amish dry goods store today and picked up 25 pounds of dark buckwheat flour, 13 pounds of roasted cornmeal, 7 1/2 pounds of coriander and 4 pounds of non-iodized salt. I didn’t need any black pepper, still have a bunch at home.

I’ve got four carcasses to cook off. I can only do two at a time so we’ll be making two batches. I should end up with about 100 pounds of scrapple.

Any for Sale or Trade ?
