Wolfie, get the App Picture This on your phone. A great App to have. You take a picture of the plant and it tells you what it is and information on the plant etc..

It is dock. The leaf, roots and seeds are eaten and used as medicine. It'll get a tall seed head and the seeds will turn reddish when nearly ripe. Rabbits like it.

Dock, it's edible. Hard to get rid of due to a tap root that goes half way to china.

even domestic rabbits are unlikely to eat anything poisonous so long as they are not starving

Used to cut mine lots of Dandelion greens also.
Shove a knife diagonally under the plant and cut head off.
Stored in a bucket of water to keep moist until used.

Enjoy your Buns , and anticipate the need for expansion.
Or isolation if in mixed company.
