Looks like my old hometown just got pummeled off the map by 3 inch hail. Was talking to my buddy on the west side and he suddenly hung up. Just called back and windows busted in his house, two cars demolished, one only a couple months old. Undoubtedly roof damage also.

Saw a picture of a 5" hail stone from there. Hope everyone stays safe.

Tornado on the ground now, just hit the community college.

Headed to Indiana.

We are supposed to get a tremendous amount of rain tomorrow from likely that same storm. Hopefully it mellows out and nobody was hurt at the college.

Headed for Winamac Indiana. Tornado was a mile wide at some points. The devastation is going to be enormous.

It's a small college with no housing, so probably not many people there that late in the day.

Knox Indiana is taking a major hit.

I will be surprised if no fatallities from this one. Massive amount of destruction and several towns hit.

Seeing pictures and video from this storm on X, unreal damage. Lots of cars, homes, property destroyed.

Just clipped me here, small amount of rain, no biggie. Not even enough to keep the truck from starting.
