Posted a month or so about this old lure tube. It was listed online at an auction with one picture. I bid on it and got it for $20. Got a surprise when I picked it up. The bottle of lure was in it about a1/4 full. The


Only date I can find is 1904 worlds fair on it



Little damage on the label. It has Funstens animal lure embossed on the glass around it

Not sure if it’s the original top. Looks like the top screws off for a vent hole or a little spout to apply lure. Tried to unscrew it but it’s stuck


For $20 I’m happy.

Now go catch something with it and post a picture! Lure is supposed to get better with age, if that is true that stuff ought to be a lethal weapon.

Being aged like that it should be excellent on saltine crackers!

It's worth whatever someone will pay for it, and so far that's $20.
It's cool but the only ones interested in this kind of stuff is trappers, and we're all cheap SOB's.
