Getting calls from customers to set mole traps, some areas the ground is still frozen. Had snow last night. Who has started trapping mole. I live in mid-Michigan on the West side.

Getting lots of calls. No traps set. I have people arguing with me that their ground isn’t frozen.

Yep been setting for a few weeks.

Getting some vole calls. Ground is still frosted some here. Got cold again the last few days. Most likely our mole calls won't roll in for a couple weeks or more. I havent seen any surface mounding when driving along past the road side homes yet. Thats when I know our calls won't be long coming in.

Never quit trapping moles GT. It’s year around in South Texas. We are in a severe/drouth situation. Have been for the last couple years. Homeowners (especially those that can afford it), thus, have to water their landscapes like nobody’s business to keep them alive. Moles and I LOVE these types of customers!

Oil is NOT Texas’ most precious resource. Water IS! Please send us some rain!

I have a number of customers lined up and was tempted to start during the recent warm spell but held off. Just got 4-5” of heavy snow with more forecasted, but once this newly dumped snow cover is gone it’s go time for me.
