I have worked with many women that were in leadership roles and agency heads that did an excellent job. Amazing actually. One was the first female Hotshot Superintendent and would run circles around 3 good men. It annoys me that I have to share oxygen with people like you.

When men are men it allows women to be women. Both roles are equally important. They are actually mutually commensal. I need my wife to be a woman. She needs me to be a man. When either sex denies their role and places that role on the opposite sex, the man/woman dynamic fails.

Sadly, most people see subjects like this as controversial and offensive. It is a sign of the times. But when a woman runs the house, other men and women make fun of that man and say things such as:

1. He is hen pecked (or worse).
2. I see who wears the pants in that family then laugh at the man.
3. somebody needs to tell him to man up.

And others. NO ONE says wow what a great family dynamic that family shows.

Men are supposed to provide the protective bubble around women so they can be the woman GOD designed them to be. It is our job as men. You know, TO LEAD!!

Not dictate, not tyrant, but a viciously protective loving man that by his actions allows her to comfortably be a woman.

JEEZ some of you are so programmed by the media and society.

The only thing controversial about this is that you think all men should be one way and all woman should be another way and they they should all live together a certain way or something is wrong. You can't help it though you haven't really thought about it enough yet. I hope some day you meet a chic working a job that really has her crap together that a company wouldn't know what to do without. That lady has usually worked her way up and is doing three jobs as one. Try going to a plumbing counter or electrical counter at a supply house and meet one of those parts chics that know more about things than you do. The fact that you haven't met a woman to change your mindset tells me that you don't get out much. Or that you have met one and didn't realize it in order to be able to understand it. That's too bad.
