I have been thinking about business ideas with low inputs. There is a gravel lot by work that rents out spost for trucks to park. Seems low requirement physical work involved . Measure out the space number them advertise and collect payment. Wouldn't have to wory about things like owning storage buildings and geting rid of un paid renters stuff or left behind junk. Its just a gravel lot.


But is there a demand/need for more parking. What would you look for others than close hwy access. Would a gravel lot be ok or would you wanted fenced auto gate axcess and security cameras for example.

I noticed a few pieces of property near my farm for sale with allready gravel lots right off the hwy and it got my wheels turning.

What would be a realistic monthly fee and how big a spot would you want.

There is an online company marketing this currency. They are advertising as air bb for you stuff.
