Picked up a jar of this with a order of some chain and coni triggers for some cage traps . Figured I'd try it on some coon or hog feeders since sour corn takes a while and want something quicker to use while I'm home . Anyone used this stuff ? Smells amazing, tastes ...meh

Try it and give us a report. A pint of something looking like cracked corn should ‘dilute’ itself pretty well with 200-pounds of corn.

I think Clint is a good dude, excellent trapper.
I've talked with him several times.
Gives good demos also.

Let me sugar coat this

Wolfie .the last sentence of your post reminds me of something that happened. I was on a site owned by a friend of mine. I had gotten a case of poison ivy on my fingers and was telling his wife about it in the chatroom. She suggested I get some tea tree oil and use that. There was a drug store nearby so I went and got a bottle. She asked if I found some and my comment was "that stuff smells and tastes like kerosene"! She thought that was hilarious. Honestly, it does smell strong but I have no idea what it tastes like.

Persimmons ripe enough to fall on the ground are also a deer magnet. I dont have a clue what the stuff in that jar will do but even coyotes and fox like ripe on the ground persimmons.

Dang, this place is hitting all upside down , remember when you'd even mention the name Locklear and you'd get 3 pages of folks talking about him like a old Western snake oil salesman lol. Nice change of pace tho I'll say

Let us know how that stuff works. Thanks for posting it.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

I've captured more than a few critters on his lures over the years. Maybe Jeff Dunlap
is keeping the formulas the same.

I’ve caught a number of coyotes on his Federales bait. But failed miserably with his cookies and corn combination DP bait. The coon crack failed me too. Federales in pipe dream sets is my go-to setup when I set foot holds.

I like Clint. He’s a salesman for sure, but in his sales pitch there is information I can use. But is his Tactical Nuke worth the pitch?
