Oh, I got kicked off of Facebook. I didn't break any rules (I barely used the site and almost never posted anything), but when I was visiting family out of town and I tried logging in from a different state, Facebook locked my account and told me they wouldn't let me back in unless I uploaded a so-called video selfie. They gave no option to appeal and told me they'd delete my account in a few months if I didn't comply.

I can only imagine they're doing this to coerce gullible people to consent to feeding their image into an AI or being sold to Palantir. I absolutely refuse, I sent them an email telling them to go pound sand, and my account is no more. I've never looked back.
