Be interesting to see how they enforce it, what are they gonna do stop and check every hunter, every person that goes to the range. Then there are those that reload.
Time for people to wake up the left isn't after reducing crime they are after uncontestable control of the Serfs.
Time for another Tea Party and not only in IL, WA and other Blue states are just as bad.
If one had the money purchase a dump truck with salt spreader full of loose seconds/ rejects from a bullet manufacturer and dump/spread on Capitol lawn. Heck find a sympathetic manufacturer and they might even special run and stamp F-_- You on the bullets

Isn't it always interesting that these laws always apply to everyone except themselves " These laws are for thee not not me" if the general population has to follow and obey the laws so should state, County and local personnel including LEO'S
