If I was to get another it would have wheels when folded. I have a older Dewalt that doesn't. Others do.

Takes a lot of power to rip 2x4's, (especially green treated ones) I'm guessing you'll burn that one up pretty quickly. It'd last a while on 1x stuff or thinner.

If your not wanting to spend much then that is lilely as good as any other lower end saw. 15 amp motor is what you want. Get a thin kurf rip blade and make a push stick so you don’t nick a digit. Those legs would need to sit on a relatively level surface. The wheels mentioned would be a better setup.

Fence and width are the downsides. Rigid make a good cheeper saw. Dewalt has the best table and fence.

For portable I’ve got a Bosch, if you have the room find an American made shop style and permanently hook it to the floor.

Go to an estate auction and buy a great model, older machine, for less than that one. Look for Powermatic, Delta or Craftsman. Get one made from between the 1950s and 1990s. They last and are very well made.
