Once ate some kangaroo tail in Australia. Whole tail, hair and all, cooked in a bed of coals. Didn’t care for it. Very greasy.

Hooped two kangaroos over the years, from different customers. Both were headless.

Man if those things had a bit more shoulder and front legs u could sell those to less knowing folk as mountain pelts
