Never heard of Svengoolie. Is it like Chiller Theater that was on channel 11? That might have been before your time.

I was a regular viewer. It was so popular that WIIC ( before it became WPXI ) didn’t air Saturday Night Live for a couple seasons. Came on at 11:30 pm on Saturday night….ran two movies. Lots of them were black and white horror classics. Lots of guests and skits mixed in.

Creature Features with the host, who I don't remember the name. How about Chuck Bill and Herman the German Moose?

In north Georgia (from an Atlanta Station) it was Bestoink Dooley on Friday nights, a long time ago.

It was Dr. Sanguinary. He would dress in bloody white scrubs with stethoscope around his neck. My older brothers would watch that show Saturday nights. Scared the bagebies outta me when I was a little gaffer. But they would make me watch it anyway!! lol

I have Direct TV. It comes on right after The Three Stooges.

The car is actually a pretty good flick…
I’d love to have a car that looks just like that.
I sometimes wonder if that’s where folks got the idea for “ Christine” or “ the wraith”

As a kid we used to watch Acri Creature Feature Saturday nights at midnight. One night the movie was Trilogy of Terror. The last story was about an African warrior doll that comes to life and stabs people to death. When the movie was over I was walking home which entailed cutting across a hayfield. As i was walking in the 6 to 8 inch tall alfalfa a rabbit jumped up right at my feet. That really got my 12 year old heart racing.
