SO was it very tough on you? And what are you eating first? Big box of candy?

Very little hunger the last couple of days. Mug of chicken broth, two fried eggs, and three thin slices of pastrami for the breakfast.

Some years back I had a peach customer that broke a fast with my certified organic peaches. She, being extremely pesticide susceptible, broke out with what her Doctor called a severe reaction to organophosphate insecticide. My farming practice was called into question and this gal went on a crusade to ruin my reputation.

Long story short, it was eventually shown that over her fasting period her body switched to burning fat deposits which universally will contain organophosphates consumed and accumulated over your lifetime. She didn't have the reaction until she actually switched metabolic pathways to direct caloric intake.

Which happened to be my peaches!
