Guys,,, I was curious about what the jb stood for in JB Pritztker..
Apparently it stands for Jay Bob … and he was born in California.
Not a normal name for someone from California,.. sounds like somewere in the Deep South

Iam hoping the governor stint is about over with.i really can't recall when illinois has had a good governor i lost track how many went to jail it would be great if we could get a good 1 that doesn't have ties to Chicago. Jim Thompson was a good one… he did a lot for Illinois,, and the then Illinois department of conservation

Iam hoping the governor stint is about over with.i really can't recall when illinois has had a good governor i lost track how many went to jail it would be great if we could get a good 1 that doesn't have ties to Chicago. Jim Thompson was a good one… he did a lot for Illinois,, and the then Illinois department of conservation You just proved my point its been over 35 years since he was governor and I think 4 of the last 10 or so has been in jail.

A retired state policeman said he had to guard the house when Jimbo was entertaining. I assume the officer was telling the truth.
