NE Wildlife trapper N Joined: Feb 2012 Northeast Wisconsin	I think it’s done perfect, about medium rare but boy that doesn’t look appetizing, looks steamed instead of roasted, I’m a big prime rib eater and have it all over the Midwest. I would be disappointed with that style of cook on a prime.
