medial care , a car to drive and enough money to cover food , insurance and living costs seem reasonable in addition to the no debt leaving school. since there is no time with the training and travel schedule to hold a job while doing school and the sport.




And the NCAA did indeed start allowing "Cost-of-Attendance" (COA) stipends in 2015:
