For those with tractors, do you have a 3rd valve function on your loader for grapples etc.?

Why or why not?

If I were to get one, is it best to just have it put on the tractor at the dealership before bringing it home?

Yes. Or chose the correct model with it already installed. Don’t want to void any warranty

Yes have it installed by the dealer, the reason for it is because it’s just easier than running hoses clear to the back of the tractor every time, also depending on your tractor it could be a challenge to put it on yourself.

I inherited a tractor when FIL sold his place.

Newer Kubota but no loader so I ponied up and spent the $$$ on a loader and had them add the 3rd function on because it was only about $300 more.

I can't imagine trying to run the grapple without those buttons on the stick

And I have gotten my $$$ back and then some on the loader expense
