That would be from where the picture was taken from and the reasonable expectation of privacy. If you were taking pictures from a public space, a sidewalk, roadway, ect., an individual in such spaces should not have an expectation of privacy. Much like Google driving past your house taking pictures for the street view feature of the map app (building front, cars, people walking); although Google offer the option to physically have an image blurred if formally requested.

google blurs license plates and faces without you asking. my entire property is blurred because I asked.


America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
