Why is Moses the movie programming at Easter? Why not “Passion of the Christ “?
Who’s in charge of programming a movie during Easter that doesn’t acknowledge The Resurrection? Most of America is Christian. Is there an Antichrist group in charge that wants to sideline Easter?
Nobody seems to want to question this ongoing anti Christian indoctrination. Perhaps we can fathom this mystery.

I've wondered this myself. I suppose we are introduced to the Passover and the blood covering that freed the Jews from death. This correlates with Jesus being crucified during Passover and His blood covering the wages of sin which is death. The Passion is a bit more self explanatory.

There was a bunch of one hour segments that started with Moses and ended with Jesus that was quite interesting that I watched most of last week. It was interesting about how the Israelites became slaves in Egypt.
Every time I laugh, cough, or sneeze, my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires.

Les has a point. I remember as a kid it was always Ben Hur, The Ten Commandments, Samson and Delilah, The Wizard of Oz and others around the holidays. A tradition was created.

This is a Christianized nation, having some rather vague ideas and ideals that may be rooted in Christianity, but for the most part its people are like Keith: happy to live in the Kingdom, no desire to have the King. We give our allegiance, worship, and authority to ourselves and our desires, our chosen earthly rulers, and our own nation rather than giving them to the One who is above all nations.
As for Moses on Easter...makes sense to me. The gospel narratives in the Bible are written as a new and ultimate Exodus. Enslavement, rescue through and power over death, judgment on evil, new life on the other side, authority over that new life being put under Heavenly rather than earthly rulers in a renewed Covenant...all the elements of Easter. In fact, Easter makes a lot more sense if one understands the Exodus. Even more so if one understands the Torah of Moses.

This nation was founded on Christian principals, some of the founders were Christian, while others were diests/rationalists. Individuals are "Christian"; strickly speaking, things that are not "Christian", are nations, music, movies, etc.. It's a good thing that our Constitution recognizes that our Rights are granted to us by God, not government, I think this is unique among the nations, and it drives the Marxists/liberals crazy.

You'd have to ask Les his opinion.

I believe it has something to do with the fact that Christians , Jews and Muslims acknowledge Moses.whereas the passion is only for Christians.
