This is not good. Like it or not we get a lot of produce and manufactured goods from Mexico.

I can see your point Danny.

I bet cartels arent happy. This will be a major disruption. Who will haul watermelons full of meth into the US now?

Haven't heard much about the situation in Mexico after the latest cartel shakeup.

I used to haul a lot of produce out of crossings like Nogales and Calexico. A lot comes across at Eagle pass also. May be paying more for rabbit food as well as gas if it lasts very long. Car parts also.

Look under the hood of a Ford or Chevy, most of the parts will say, "Made in Mexico".

The majority of your atv and snowmobiles come from the same area.

Hope it lasts so long that entrepreneurs pickup the ball and start businesses up in this country again.

I’ve hauled plenty of fruits and veggies out of Philly that floated in here to not be alarmed.

I wonder how this is affecting train movement, Mexico is a huge importer of US corn.

I didn't hear anything about the border. Sounded like an internal Mexico trucking issue.

From what I understood, they are striking and blocking trucks well before the border. But those are still not able to come to the border.

The strike is in Mexico. Hindering Mexican goods from accessing the border. Most of those goods are brought to warehouses on the U.S. side. Mexican trucks go right back across. Then they are loaded on U.S. carriers.
