Have you ever fought a tweaker, or watched one in a fight? I wouldn't call them performance enhancing drugs per se, but if they are hopped up on meth they can be dang hard to keep down. They don't go down any harder, but it is like throwing a rubber ball to the ground, they bounce right back up. If you ever get in that situation, work on their belly, don't waste time on their head.
