Tray OP "Wilson Jr." T Joined: Feb 2010 SD	I’ve posted a few grouse pictures of Sharp-tails dancing on leks in the past. Has been a goal of mine for a while to get them in the snow. Three inches of snow last night gave me the opportunity this morning to snap a few pics. Hope you enjoy

This lek I photographed on usually has 15-20 birds on it, yesterday there was close to 40 birds.

trapper les trapper Joined: Mar 2011 williams,mn	Yes, flocks of 20 +, and that was a couple weeks ago. I wonder if they break up during mating because now it’s fewer birds but more spread out. I didn’t notice them last year. For some reason. "Those who hammer their guns into plowshares will plow for those who do not."
