Im getting to the, ill do what I want in life, time and worry is for other folks.

As of now, it takes a couple hundred thou $$ to set up a fully licensed distillery for consumer sale. And very detailed records because the tax is based on the percentage of each batch of ethanol.

Very cool, I have an old small copper still, used during prohibition to distribute production. Dozens of these instead of one big one, so if one was found the others were still working, lol.

My old man would love this if he was still around, my grandfather used to build stills for his BIL, and the family would cut and bottle it...

I should be able to make, grow, buy, sell, own, shoot (Guns) and consume anything I want without government interference.

I don't drink anymore but if I did, got drunk on homemade booze (or any booze) and committed an actual crime, that's a different story.
