jabNE OP trapper Joined: Aug 2013 Louisville, Nebraska	Just a quick question. Recipe I use calls for salt when mixing the starter and the flour into dough. What does the salt do? I really anppreciate all the pointers you have shared on here. Thanks sir. Jim Made a couple loaves today. The starter has been easy to keep fed and ripe. Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.
