Movie set food? When I animal wrangle for commercials, they always have a pretty magnificent spread. I imagine movies and TV shows do, even more so.

Don't knock it, kimchi is good stuff. Had a squad leader married to a korean gal that made outstanding kimchi. Spent many a weekend putting it away. Just don't mix it with german hefeweiss as that makes for a really potent after effect.

Just the smell of that stuff is enough to make me gag. I can't imagine eating it

It will kill the tape worms also, so have some medicinal value! There was a company of ROK marines stationed near our base. They flew the bird dog "peace" flights and missions. I serviced their planes for avionics and wiring as they got shot up a lot. They introduced me to kimchi and other Korean food items. Food was hard to "swallow, but they were good troops and tough fighters.

I've had kimchi a few times at a chinese buffet of all places, lol
It's not bad...but it's pretty hot, sometimes more than I can tolerate...
