I've heard that from many sources that we have plenty of crude right here in the US. But, we don't have the refineries to process it. So, your last statement makes sense.

Did we ever open up Anwr in Alaska after Biden shut it down? I heard someone from AK say the amount of land that would be mined is equivalent to a postage stamp on a 100 yard football field.

Not quite.

XOM is projected to report around 6.6 billion NET income for the first quarter.

That's a far cry from "hundreds of billions" and is about flat with the 4th quarter of 2025
