About long would it take to run the mixer for the wax to blend and melt in with the dirt. I am talking about a small cement mixer with full capacity of dirt in it.

It all depends on how fast your tumbler can heat up your dirt in the mixer to melt the wax. Once you get your torch dialed in with your distance to your drum it shouldnt take too long to get to work. I can do lots of dirt in a day by myself. If I have help it sure speeds up the process. Make sure your material is bone dry. I also use a lazer hand held unit to make sure I hit my temp mark and not to get it too hot.

Bob mention two things that I believe are of the utmost importance-
1. “Make sure your material is bone dry”
2. “And not to get it too hot” (reading many, many posts over many, many years, this is the one thing that will screw you, burning/scorching your wax!!!)
