Maybe just a bad picture, but can't see any spots on the tail, among other things.
Regardless, doesn't say much about fish management if they think a "king" of that size is something to brag about.

Wildlife fish not hatchery. Most sport fishing does not allow wild fish to be kept. Those wilds are left for the natives. Gill netted they don't survive well after being released anyway.

Aren't they all hatchery fish by now ?
