Yes sir trapper Y Joined: Jan 2017 Marion Kansas	I was at a horse training clinic once, the guy doing the clinic stated that you know the punishment is severe enough when they stop doing what they are getting punished for. Said it goes for people too. Seems real bullets would have been more effective for stopping the immediate problem and discouraging future problems. Probably cheaper and would have required less man power also.
