Did you get all the rain and heavy wind two days ago? Nice woodland point.

I like how you show us the pic of the point as you found it. Very nice one there.

That's another very nice arrowhead.

On Wednesday, I bought 80 older laying hens from a guy 20 miles South of here. His farm is right where the Native American Wappatomica Trail and Pickawillany Trail come together. At one time, Pickawillany was the largest Native American settlement in the Unites States. He finds massive amounts of heat treated flint and other chert, just off of the trail on high points of his land, over looking the creeks. He finds lots of points that broke during manufacture.

Thanks everyone. We got about 2 inches of rain through the week and some strong winds. Had to fix on the car this weekend so didn’t get out as much as I wanted. Keith that sounds like a place that would be a blast to look over!

I wanted to ask, but it was our first time meeting. It was one of the prettiest places I've seen in Ohio. There was a small alfalfa field across the street, within half a mile that had a magnificent Tom, with the longest beard I've ever seen, with a good sized group of hens in attendance and 4 deer. The road in was completely over hung by trees. There's a creek called Stony Creek that ran along the road. The property runs along and is sandwiched by glacial moraines. Most of the trees were immense oaks and hickories.
