I've had McDonalds version...can't compare, same with Dunkins, seems more popular in the Northern tier, and East, less West and southwest, at least from the complaints I hear, lol

I'm not sure NY has the sandwich market locked up too tight. Every mcdonalds has an egg mcmuffin, sausage egg mcmuffin, or on a bagel, and the same in the biscuit varieties. Hardees / Carl Jr has pretty descent biscuits versions themselves. Growing up with chickens back when I was a growing boy I got pretty good at making egg sandwiches. Buttered toast, egg, and cheese. Salt and pepper. Hard to go wrong really. Its hard to imagine a diner that has never heard of biscuits and gravy. The best breakfast sandwich I've found in a while is at Dunkin Donuts. Sour Dough Bacon Egg Jam sandwich or something like that. Its pretty delicious. If I had my pick of favorite breakfasts though; itd be waking up and cooking breakfast outside at camp. Ohio needs more authentic mexican corn tortilla food trucks b/c a good breakfast burrito would be killer. Caseys breakfast burrito does ok in pinch though if you haven't had one.

Ketchup is good on most anything. I am not crazy about the taste of eggs, ketchup or mayo makes them edible.
