I hear ya.

We analyzed and felt we realistically couldn't afford not to put it in MFL. The difference is just so much money. It's shocking to me how expensive property taxes are on what they consider what I think is called recreational property.

With the timber market in the crapper, I wonder if DNR will change it so that new/renewed entries are less appealing
