I think conservatives are giving up. The party that is supposed to serve conservative ideas want even get a voter ID law passed, while controlling the House, Senate, and Presidency. Just like repealing Obamacare. Maybe folks have figured out that this country will only be saved by the barrel of the gun not by political means. Both parties only consider the will of the leftist, neglecting the will of the rest of us. It's getting to the point that we might as well vote democrat because their policies are what we get even when we elect republicans. I’m about there too. Is all I was asking for was close the border, deport the illegals (which has slowed down 12% this month) voting legislation, and inflation. I’m 1 for 4 so far
Everything the left touches it destroys

A lot of what you guys are saying is true, BUT.......that also makes the assumption the election process is as pure as the wind driven snow. As long as there is significant vote by mail.......run in blue counties in blue states, that is NOT a valid assumption. There is no election integrity with vote by mail. Ballots get mailed out, marked up ballots are returned. Nobody knows who actually marked them up or if voter it was mailed to is even a a real person. In person and vote by mail ballots are counted the same but they are two entirely different election processes.
If GOP run senate could ever get it's act together and pass SAVE Act, I think a lot of people would be surprised to learn these blue strongholds are not as blue as people think. They are more corrupt than anybody knows.
BTW, last night as election results were coming in, Fox News reported that late in the day, the NO Vote was actually leading by 100,000 votes. Then it all flipped. Only way to do that was for a flood of YES votes to be dumped in somewhere. Would be curious to know exactly which precincts those late votes came from and what the vote ratio of those late reported votes was. Likely as not would be found in limited few precincts and YES votes running 99:1.
Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

Imagine an election in which there are 2000 potential voters.......and as election unfolds 1000 of them actually voted. Combination of in person......and mailing them in. In person, you know who voted.......the ones sent in.....not so much.
But in this single issue election, it is not paper ballots, but red balls and blue balls.....yes blue balls.......and all that entails. You just pick your color and drop it in. As day nears it's end and the counting starts..........1 red, 1 blue.......3 red, 2 blue, 4 blue, 2 red, etc. As day nears the end.........count is now 470 red and 430 blue........with about 100 balls left to count. Just looking at them.......they look to be an even mix. For blue to pull this out, it would have to be a purple looking mix and it's not. But it is the end of the day, so you stop counting for the night. When you resume the next morning.......you finish the count and as predicted, it was 50:50 each.......count is now 520 red and 480 blue.
BUT WAIT!!! Sometime in the night, another 100 balls were dropped off and since they beat the midnight deadline, they count too......so you do. And in this last batch of balls, 90 of them were blue and only 10 red. That was it, all counting stops.
Final total was 520 +10 = 530 Red. 480 + 90 = 570 Blue. Blue wins.
OK, red smells a rat, but blue claims victory and locks it in. Can't question source of late balls or pull out the extra blue balls as they are now all comingled. Election stands.
Has that ever happened? Yes it has.........happens all the time in fact. May have just happened in VA.
Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

I worked as a Judge of Elections for our township. One polling place. Rural area, 75% Republicans . When polling closed, we had an accurate vote count within a half hour. Then the results were taken ( by car ) to the County Seat. At the County office, all the votes from the polling places throughout the County were tallied, to give a final count. Then the results more densely the population ( in a metro area ), the longer it took to get a count, due to multiple precincts.
Although I’m not familiar with Virginia, I imagine what I’ve seen in Pa holds true there. The urban and high population communities are almost universally weighted heavy with Democrat voters, thus when they report later, they often wipe out GOP leading candidates. Nothing nefarious, just the way it is. To say otherwise is just sour grapes.

Mail in voting was approved by the Pa Legislatures in 2019 ( pre Covid ) and signed into law by the Governor on October 31, 2019. It was overwhelmingly approved by Republican legislators ( 132 for, 2 against ). The GOP folks were giddy about the Act….as it also eliminated straight ticket voting. A fair number of Democrats opposed it. I’m no genius, but I knew Republicans would soon regret their vote. And now, Republicans in Pa are calling foul? This is what they wanted…..and now they have it. Since states control their own elections, the only way to change the current mail in voting would be to pass a new law. That’s not going to happen here in Pa.

35,000 absentee ballots won it, not 29,897, exactly 35,000. Can we say rigged boys and girls? But was it widespread irregular?

The yes carried that large county by about 150,000 votes. I think the yes won the state by less than 100,000.

Who started the Gerrymandering of Congressional districts anyway? Wasn’t it Texas. You really don't want to go there. My entire life the federal courts and DOJ have been gerrymandering districts throughout the south. Most recently the Biden DOJ telling Alabama that their legislature can't draw their own districts and mandating a court drawn one.

That is great news White, thanks for the link.
It was only five years ago that the citizens of Virginia voted to establish the Virginia Redistricting Commission, a bi-partisan group made up of half citizens and equal amounts of Dem & Rep politicians. It was an attempt to make redistricting in the state more fair and prevent gerrymandering.
Yesterday's vote gave redistricting power back to the politicians. Democrats must not have liked the way it was going...fickle bunch them liberals.
Eh...wot?
