waggler trapper W Joined: Jan 2008 Alaska and Washington State	No, PETA shouln't pay for damages, Washington State should. The State can change the trapping rules if they want to, and let us start using body gripping and foothold traps again. "My life is better than your vacation"

Had it not been for the non profit ( they make millions a year) animal rights organizations suing states Wildlife Divisions , non stop, the laws would make sense. Remember the non profits never pay court costs, so they can sue until they break your bank. We have met the enemy and the enemy is us!
