Trapper7 OP trapper T Joined: Dec 2006 MN, Land of 10,000 Lakes	Up until last night, the NY Mets had lost 12 ball games in a row. Some of the Mets fans were saying it was the "Curse of Mamdani". It would seem the hapless MN Twins have saved Mamdani's bacon by breaking that curse by losing to the Mets 3-2. Wife told me to put on clean socks every day. I tried, but after 7 days, I could hardly get my shoes on.

That day the Mets lost the game 7-1 and started the losing streak of 12 games. I agree with Badger23, both teams are from cities that are cesspools, so it's only natural and fitting that the MN Twins should help the Mets out. Wife told me to put on clean socks every day. I tried, but after 7 days, I could hardly get my shoes on.
