Love watching the A-10.

Just an amazing piece of equipment and a wonderful work of art !!!
Older than most aircraft in use today and still a highly effective tool!!!
I think it’s around 50 years old if I remember correctly.

A true fighting classic

I've listened to those jokers a bunch of days and nights . There's a bombing range a few miles away and it was common to see/hear them doing their practice runs.

We had then in Alaska when I was there. The only problem we had with them was hung flares. We'd have to go out and take care of them when they came back from their nighttime training missions. We've been on the bombing range when we were told to leave because the A-10s were inbound. We'd got out to the perimeter and watch. That gun is amazing to see in action.
