foxkidd44 OP trapper Joined: Jun 2007 Illinois	I know it’s extremely early, and baseball is a marathon,,, cubs have some serious depth to the club. Over half of the pitching staff is on the injured list and the cubs have pitchers coming up to cover,,, and wow… Every one on the team except for a few guys,,are hitting consistently… Hopefully they continue this when my granddaughter and myself go to Busch stadium in a few weeks. She’s already made up her sign. I’ll take a picture of it when she comes over next time. Stand by your principles, Stand by your guns, and victory complete and permanent is sure at last. It is really neat to see the NL Central have all teams above .500 and playing well. The NL currently has 8 teams over .500, the AL has 3! Way to go NL Cubs have some great players that struggled as a "team" early but they have found a good groove right now. There are some really good pitchers in the NL central. The Cardinals trading and shifting seems to be working well for them. Bryce

I just hope they can pull out of this. They started the season really well. Sure, I'm a member of PETA! People Eating Tasty Animals!
