This saw has likely witnessed $1,000,000 in tree work with only a handful of wear parts replaced, only thing subpar is the operator.

I’m a Husky guy…….but mostly running Stihl for the last few months…..lol. MS261 mostly. I missed out on a 500 for about $1600CAD, they’re usually $2100 here. It was new “old stock” model. She’s gone.
When compared, the Stihl saws seem to be a bit lighter than the Huskies in the same class. Both great saws, all have their issues and lemons.

Keith, I've tried selling interesting wood. I get a ton of inquiries and very few actual buyers. I haven't found it to be worth while. Sometimes I give burls to locals but usually if it's not a saw log I can't get any value from it
