Doing embryo trans plants this weekend and need ideas for a quick lunch for the crew , 10 people and will have half hour or so to eat.

Ideas don't have to be fancy but we did the deli sandwich tray on ai day so not that or pizza. Something that could be made ahead would be great. Its 80 degrees this weekend too.

Meal I always made when I took sons and nephews camping and such. "Cowboy Casserole" recipe amounts are fluid and adjustable. 10 people these would be estimates. 5 lbs ground beef. 3 cans 28 oz size of Bush's bar b que baked beans. 3 baseball sized onions chopped up. Couple bottles of your favorite barbeque sauce. Little garlic salt. Little salt and pepper. Brown the burger and drain grease. Mix it all together and cook in an electric roaster could use a crock pot if you have a big one. Camping we always used cast iron on the Coleman stove. You can adjust amounts to your own taste preferences. Serve with bread and butter. G.

Maidrite, Greenville Ohio, 45 min from the NTA in July. The recipe is secret but once you have it everyone tries to duplicate it. Home of the good luck gum wall.

I'd go buy a few rotisserie chickens $5 each at sams club. a few jugs of checkin broth. and four or five bags of the blue bag kluski noodles. Get it boiling on an outside burner in a pot, pull and shred the chicken and throw it in, bring it to a boil, dump in the noodles, bring it to a boil again, let it go a couple minutes, and kill the heat. Add salt pepper and butter depending on how healthy you want it to be. I like adding onions and baby bella mushrooms. I takes less than ten minutes if you have everything ready to go. Add some italian bread or something and have some butter for it. Add taco seasoning for a kick.

Burritos. Make em ahead of time, wrap them in foil, set on intake manifold for 15 minutes, enjoy. Can do rice and beans on the side and chips and salsa as well.

brats , put some color on them on the grill and put them in a crock pot with beer and onions to hold till lunch time

tater salad , slaw and some cookies for desert

of course kraut on the brats

a couple big jars of Dill pickles , those help with the de-hydration and muscle cramps.

The gal that works for us is a chef. She has a tasty sauce she makes for sloppy joes.
