My wife just made her first loaf of sourdough last night. It was good. Took her awhile to get here starter going, misread the instructions on that last week.

Sam....I've been baking 3 loafs every weekend...and

I give one loaf to my nephew.

The wife has a couple loaves raising right now. Had sourdough pizza crust a couple nights ago. She's enjoying the hobby, and I sure don't mind getting to consume it.

She has, and I am a fan. The last batch she made, she fried up salt pork to go with it, it was a pretty fine breakfast.

Your breads look great as usual Nessy.

About a month ago we started up a little LLC called The Bread Shed, my wife is getting pretty good at the bread making.
